Here is the procedure
- Log in to your customer area.
- In the upper menu, click on "Account" then "Support".
- On the page that opens, click on "Open a new ticket" then enter your request and finish by clicking on "Confirm and open".
As soon as you are registered on our site, any request, of any nature whatsoever, must go through our ticket system.
